Shampoo - Apply shampoo, as required, to wet hair. Massage scalp, lather and rinse hair thoroughly. Before rinsing, allow shampoo to absorb into your scalp and hair for one to two minutes if you have a problematic scalp. To maximise the benefits of our shampoo and remove build-up of hairstyling products, repeat this process as needed. For best results, use the Hair Health Shampoo accompanied by our Hair Health Conditioner. Plus, don’t forget to use the Hair Health Mask once a week in place of conditioner to give your hair that extra chance to repair and restore.

Conditioner - After using our Hair Health Shampoo, apply conditioner, as required, from the roots to the ends of wet hair. Massage and remove by rinsing hair thoroughly. Allow conditioner to absorb into your scalp and hair, before rinsing, for one to two minutes if you have a problematic scalp. To give your hair that extra boost, don’t forget to use the Hair Health Mask in place of conditioner once a week.

Hair Mask - For best results, start by washing your hair with our Hair Health Shampoo and use this mask in place of our Hair Health Conditioner at least once a week. To maximise the benefits of this mask, apply to both scalp and hair and leave in for up to 30 minutes, then rinse out thoroughly. Alternatively, for a shorter treatment, apply our mask in the shower and leave in for a couple of minutes, followed by a thorough rinse.

How long do I have to use these products to experience results?

It is normal that we all experience different results. Many can feel improvements in their scalp and hair health with only a handful of washes. However, most commonly, you need to be washing your hair with our products multiple times each week for at least one to two months to experience the full benefit.
