We are delighted to offer FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING for Australian orders that meet our shipping threshold. All Sozo Hair Health orders over $50 qualify for FREE express shipping in Australia. However, if your order value is less than $50, you will receive a small shipping fee of $8 at the checkout.

For international orders, the relevant shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout based on your specific region or country. You can also explore our shipping policy here.

Orders placed in Australia are shipped with StarTrack for next day delivery but may take up to approximately 3 business days to be delivered once dispatched. Whereas, orders shipped with Australia Post will commonly be delivered within 2-4 business days.

International orders have an average estimated delivery time of 1-2 weeks, depending on your specific delivery address.

All Hair Health products are developed, made and packaged on the beautiful Gold Coast, located in Queensland, Australia. Not only are they Australian made, but our Hair Health range is manufactured in an Australian owned and operated TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration), ACO (Australian Certified Organic), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) certified manufacturing facility.

Our Hair Health Shampoo, Conditioner and Scalp & Hair Health Serum are completely vegan. However, our Hair Health Mask is not as it contains Manuka honey, which is known for its antibacterial and wound healing properties.

We have made the conscious decision to use bottles, jars and tubes that are made of a biodegradable material.
